24/7 Emergency Electrical Service

A swift, reliable response when an electrical problem cannot wait.

24/7 Emergency Electrical Service

Real electrical emergencies do not wait until Monday morning. When your panel is buzzing, half the house is dark, or a storm has torn the mast off the wall, we respond fast across London and the surrounding region. Calls go to an electrician who can tell you what to do right away, make the situation safe, and schedule the permanent repair. If you smell burning or see sparks, call 911 first if there is any fire risk, then call us.

Often paired with troubleshooting & repair, panel upgrades, and generator installation. We coordinate the whole job under a single permit when it makes sense.

FAQ

24/7 Emergency Service: questions we hear most.

Real answers from a licensed electrician. If you don’t see yours, call us and we’ll work through it.

01Are you actually available 24/7?
Yes. The emergency line is answered by an electrician rather than a call centre, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
02What counts as an electrical emergency?
Burning smells near outlets or panels, sparks at switches or receptacles, partial power loss that does not return on a reset, and storm damage to the service mast all qualify. If you are not sure, call and we will help you decide.
03What should I do while I wait?
If there is any fire, smoke, or shock risk, call 911 first. Once you are safe, if you can do so without risk, shut off the affected breaker or the main, and keep away from anything sparking or hot until we arrive.
04Can you make it safe now and finish the repair later?
Yes. The first priority is making the property safe. The permanent repair, any required permit, and material lead times are scheduled right after.
